Getting rid of most packaged and processed food has also meant the death of the easy meal. No more grabbing a packaged lasagna (guaranteed to be done in 30 minutes!) and sticking it in the oven and forgetting about it until the timer goes off. I love easy meals. So Freezer Meal Fridays are my solution to losing my convenience meals. Every Friday I will be making a meal that can be easily doubled and frozen. I will also take that morning to whip up a double batch of pancakes or waffles for the freezer. I will be posting a link-up on Friday morning!
