Very Easy Bath Salt Starter Recipe

All you need to do is mix 2 cups of Epsom salt (or sea salt) with 3 TB of your favorite oil (sunflower, coconut, olive and even vegetable will all work fine). Voila! Your base is finished!

This recipe is so simple and once you mix the base, all you have to do is add 20 or so drops of your favorite essential oils like these ones from Posergy (please consider using my friend Christa Farmer as your consultant when you check out. All you have to do is put her name in the blank when you check out). I also added a few drops of food coloring.

Thanks for mentioning me, Anna! I do love the oils at Posergy and the price is right!

One word of caution to readers, don't use cheap white salt, it may mess with a person's blood pressure. But epsom salts are best. Next best option, a good pink salt. Usually good pure salts like Posergy's Himalayan salt will not play with a person's sodium the way table salt will. Epsom salts are VERY inexpensive and they have health benefits, so they are usually my choice in making bath salts. I love making these epsom salt baths, they smell lovely and make a FABULOUS gift. I made some peppermint ones in small jars and put red and white fuzzy socks along with the jar of salts. This made a fun foot bath salt! Be sure you use glass to store these salts, and when mixing use a glass bowl and wooden spoon. OR you can just put a measure of epsom salts in a jar and a few drops of oil, close up the jar and shake. But don't tell anyone how easy it was to make them haha! Just say "why thank you" when they say "you seriously made this??" :)

Thanks again for posting about Posergy, Anna. It's the world's best kept secret in natural skin care, spa products, baby products, essential oils and more.

Merry Christmas!
Christa :)

You should then be able to find the reservoir at the bottom of the machine. Of course, they were light and also simple to manage, and not quite trouble-free. It will have removable top racks and generally will have stainless steel tubs. For the minimal amount of heat your retrieve, it is not worth the dangers that come along with these techniques. There are numerous online websites that offer consumers a place to review products or services.
